A dish of mushrooms and broccoli
- Broccoli-500 gr.

Heat oil, fry the chopped carrots 1 min., Add chopped celery, a minute add the sliced mushrooms, a little salt, cover and stew for 5 minutes. Then add pepper and not chopped green onions, stir, remove from heat and leave to cool.
