Marinated and grilled oyster mushrooms
  • 250 g fresh Oyster mushroom
  • 100 g fresh cress
  • 50 g olive oil
  • 1 medium tomato
  • 50 g onion
  • lemon juice
  • soy sauce
  • salt, pepper, vinegar, garlic to taste
  • chili pepper

Separately whisk together lemon juice, soy sauce and 50 g olive oil, then add onion, garlic and mix well.Clean the fresh cress, wash and cut. Remove tomato core and the other part of it cut insmall cubes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix vinegar, pepper and garlic. Toss mushrooms with vinaigrette and marinate for 1.5-2 hours. Grill mushrooms in the olive oil. For serving, garnish it with spinach leaves and small cubes of tomato. In the center of big bowl place cress, put on it the mushroom and clamptomato around it. Toss with black pepper.
