Fried oyster mushrooms
  • Oyster mushrooms - 350 Grams
  • Bulb - 1 piece
  • Carrot - 1 piece
  • Garlic and greens - To taste
  • Vegetable oil - 3 items. Spoons
  • Salt and pepper - To taste

Oyster mushrooms wash quickly and dry. In a frying pan, heat the vegetable oil. Mushrooms cut, put on the pan, salt and pepper to taste. Fry on high heat for a couple of minutes, then remove the fire to medium and add the onion. After another 3-4 minutes, add grated carrots. Cook for 10-15 minutes until cooked, stirring. At the end, add crushed herbs and garlic. Cover and let stand for 15 minutes before serving.

Did you know that...

Add one tablespoon of vinegar in the water while cooking the mushroom and it will keep the whiteness of mushroom.
