Chicken stuffed with mushrooms
- Chicken 1 kg
- Mushrooms 300 g
- Onions 200 g
- 3-4 cloves garlic
- Vegetable oil 3 tablespoons
- Salt
- Pepper
Onions and mushrooms chopped. Stir in the mushrooms and onions, season with salt and pepper.
Chicken stuff the mushrooms and onions. Secure with toothpicks (or sew with thread).
Mix vegetable oil, squeezed through chesnokodavku garlic, salt and pepper. Coat chicken oil-garlic mixture. Put in a roasting sleeve (if the sleeve is not just lay out on a baking tray), place in oven.
Bake at 180 degrees for 1.5 hours.
