  • Broccoli-500 gr.
  • 400g mushrooms.
  • carrots 2 pcs.
  • celery - 5 stems
  • green onions - 0.5 beam
  • sauce-0.25
  • sunflower oil - 2 tbsp.

  • black pepper
  • salt

Heat oil, fry the chopped carrots 1 min., Add chopped celery, a minute add the sliced mushrooms, a little salt, cover and stew for 5 minutes. Then add pepper and not chopped green onions, stir, remove from heat and leave to cool. In a saucepan, boil the water, add salt, lower back and broccoli in a minute remove from heat, drain and rinse with cold water. Vegetables mix, salt and pepper to taste, add the sauce, chopped herbs, stir and serve.
